MAS won' t bcos this to control the stock from moving. MAS got SOP to follow , if a stock fly up out of MAS setting then trade halted . Similar if it dropped to out of MAS setting limit then it halted too. It' s not what you' re talking ...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My thoughts on why the price is not moving: Oceanus was placed under trading restriction(Partial) by multiple brokerage due to previous volatility. the last thing Oceanus wants is for the share price to rocket 1 day and fall to the ground the next. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just hope SGX can finally make the announcement... sigh.  I do feel a little bad for Oceanus' s management.  It' s been 8 months of meeting SGX' s exit watchlist criteria, and more than 4 months since the exit application was filed.  Yet, all we have had is radio silence. I can imagine how many corporate deals or institutional partnerships have to be put on hold because of this.    Exiting the watchlist will surely help with the funding and accelerate business expansion as well.
