It is clear JTrust (owning 29.5%) wants the rights to proceed so that Koh may have a harder time controlling the company with more shares issued. However the remaining 70.5% surely prefer to kill the rights. Will LCD board of directors be swayed by the Japanese or vote for the benefit of the majority? If they vote wrongly, the repercussions will be great. You can expect a public outcry.....

I would like to thank the Lum' s for selling cheap to the Japanese thus setting off the bidding war for LCD for the benefit of the rest of the minority shareholders. |
