As far as i know there' re many malaysian companies are willing to pay a premium for lands to be tendered....the reason is to legally transferring money out from malaysia....this will definitely setting a higher average price per sqf for housing land and banks/brokerages will have to revise land related assets etc and NAV and TP...

hahaha....at least i said good things about this coy.....i didnt say CES will tender for the new housing site but just to show that the govt timed the releasing of the land to maximise the return on the land sale and indirectly will push up the property stocks such as this coy.....

Agree. Should post something more constructive. Facts and figures like GPR sales would be much appreciated. By the way, when look at this counter, should also compare how other counters like HLS, LKG, KSH, Lian Beng, ...etc doing. Focus too much in this counter will make you miss opportunities like HLS and Sim Lian... |

bro i know CES is a decent coy, the time will come when it rises. you dont have to keep saying good things about this counter everyday to stir it this tender is just a release, dont even know CES getting or bidding, really not much relevance leh if got any reliable news then share please we' ll thank you for it

CES is going to make tons of money by just selling the land....melbourne' s property is very very hot now....every one can build and sell but really have to see the quality/design/location/pricing/cost of land bought etc...i think CES has the edge just like HPR and GPR...
