This privatisation of SMM at 80% or close to NAV of 30c is very likely imo..  TH owns 43% of SMM.  Cash or equ is about $1.5b. In fact it does not cost too much cash for TH to take SCM private and later absorb Keppel OM biz into much Bigger OM company. Queuing for another bunch at 12.    If they want to bring it to the 11 handle by weekend, need to clear the 12 cents queue. 11+mil shares ahead of me. Not sure how much of it is genuine though. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Certainly every one in SCM wishes for this ....but  If u are Kep corp sh ...will u approve this  Major fund will not approve this ..    From T view point ( which is why they hv given up when buying kep corp ) ....2 wrongs does not add up  to one right.  Further it wld certainly be much easier to inject good clean energy projects into SMM by T ....and getting them cheaper loan as their largest SH>   Anyway , this is just my view.
