Blinky      ( Date: 18-Aug-2020 09:20) Posted: the reason why there is no crash now, is because the gov around the world are helping to pay the rents and bills also, the banks are allowing loan repayments to be deferred. US gov also disallow eviction even if rents are unpaid that is why the property prices remains intact for now the govs are trying very hard to prevent the repeat, unlike last time but there is the slight risk that the virus can outlast the relief fundings.
