Although we dunno when and how their initial service contract was drawn up and share px at tat point. They must have arrived at this compensation arrangement some time back before Tawana share price run up so much. This means that canaccord expects the price to move substantially higher in the future. Otherwise, they might not be able to receive much in total fees if price stays stagnant. Canaccord is taking the risk by opting for options instead of hard cash. But no news from Alliance on this arrangement.
