For speculators who bought earlier, current prices good enough to get out. For longer term investors, I think the party has just started. For donkey years, Koh Eco has been dormant, suffering from financial crisis, Covid and, in my opinion, inept management. However, with the rise of Oiltek (different management), its time has come (every dog has its day), and I hope management will buck up. In the current Singapore construction boom, there are plenty of opportunities for big projects. Just my opinion, I may be wrong, please dyodd. |
