MT results will be good. that' s an indisputable fact. The only concern is whether they will beat the expectations people have on them which is to exceed US$130m profit for FY20. I agree that the dividends part is a big question mark as MT has never been one to give dividends historically. However with the recent dividend issue last year, I hope the new CEO sees the importance of it. On the capex, it wasn' t just a general statement, there was the factory in US although I do think it is important that they do provide updates for that end. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Aspen was 21.5c b4 MBoard transfer announcement. After announcement, did go up to ard 25/26 max, but now fall back to 21.5c. Good for short term opportunists but not long termers. Becos it does not hv good earnings, its div for shareholders also so low not worth taking, only ard three tenths of a cent for the year. Of course transfer to MBoard would attract more funds and institutions buying MT, but likely big angpow div during CNY will impact more on shareholders to sail along long term with kongsi. If the kongsi does not give good angpow div at this most appropriate time of CNY and FY super result, what hope can investors hope in the future. Obviously the uncertainty that kongsi may not give good angpow is deterring buying, and encouraging selling, which is what seems to be happening now. Anyway Just opinion.

Hopefully FY result can be announced 2molo, latest by lunch break. Otherwise think not much to expect in div. If release after chap goh meh trading day, hard to expect good angpow, maybe can expect nasi lemak with teh kosong. Anyway hope somebody or kongsi sa STA or even TG, or institutions big enough take over this sesdag kongsi, which makes such huge profits that can embarrass many blue chips. Expected eps likely ard 33c, with jus only 550m issued shares worth $615m. They will probably offer at least $2 instead of the current crawling price of 1.11, which is neither going much higher nor lower. What a joke!
