Don' t understand whatever you are writing. In terms of cost, it will require a hefty S$999.1 million in cash and the issue of 2.78 billion new units of CapitaLand Mall Trust based on a unit price of S$2.59. The new units are expected to increase the number of units under CapitaLand Mall Trust by over 76%. So that more than compensates for the price being paid in cash and shares. This is why shareholders voted " resoundingly" for it recently. So we know what to expect lah. No need to keep reminding us.
