The figure I extract likely from the past year which includes scm. So not updated. Think your figure of 1.67 still leaves a lot of potential for SCI to grow. Not forgetting kongsi has been giving good div of 4c to 17c from FY11-19. Without the drag from scm, kongsi shd be able to continue its div distn. The deal was structured very generously for SCI shareholders. The current price Is a steal. Keep it. Where to get 4.3% dividend yield? Even reit dividend also shrink. Bank shares dividend 3%. This is an opportunity. 1 year later, will not regret. Last post from me. I focus on other stock. I picked up mine at 1.13

Meanwhile, SMM' s stock closed lower at S$0.19, down 1.6 per cent. However, the increase in SCI' s value was  more than sufficient to compensate shareholders  for the fall in the value of their SMM distribution.

The business hasn't been re-rated yet, although i too feel it would be higher. lailai      ( Date: 10-Sep-2020 10:14) Posted: So far 1hr into trading, most volumes were done at 1.20-1.22, highest at 1.21 with 6.6mil, 2nd 1.20 with 4.6mil, and 3rd 1.22 with 2.8mil. Think Chin Kay accumulating at these 3 levels for next week and thereafter to 1.30, 1.40, and so on lah. After all, it' s NAV at $3.19 is a long way to go. But u may want to double check the fig got salah or not.
