Sri Trang Glove Annual production capacity: 33b gloves IPO market cap: $3b Top Glove Annual production capacity: 79b gloves Market cap: $13.04b Hartalega Annual production capacity: 35b gloves Market cap: $13b In this current situation where daily Covid-19 cases at new record high and ever increasing average selling price (ASP) of gloves, the profit margins are going to be great for everyone. Hence, production capacity is a huge factor to determine the company' s revenue and profitability during this period. Just comparing on production capacity alone vs market cap, Sri Trang Glove will be trading at 75.5% discount to Hartalega and 44.5% discount to Top Glove at IPO price.  Hence, it is my belief that Sri Trang Glove will surge at least 50% after IPO to more than S$4.5b market cap. Even then it will still be trading at hefty discount to Top Glove and Hartalega. What does this mean for Sri Trang Agro. As the parent company, it will hold 50.7% of Sri Trang Glove after IPO. It will also receive about S$671m proceeds from IPO launch. At S$1.28, market cap for Sri Trang Agro is S$1.966b. However, its 50.7% stake in Sri Trang Glove will already be at S$1.521b at IPO price and S$2.28b assuming a 50% increase from IPO. This will be excluding the S$671m IPO proceeds and the value of its main rubber business. The sum of all parts is so much greater than the what its current market capitalisation shows. Having said this, I think Sri Trang Agro has the potential for a huge rerating closer to $1.80-$2 at the very least.

Sri Trang Gloves, based in the southern province of Songkhla, plans to increase annual production capacity to 50 billion gloves by 2025 and 100 billion by 2032. It now produces around 33 billion gloves annually in three factories. Malaysia is the world' s leading producer of medical gloves, and companies such as Top Glove Corp,  Hartalega  Holdings  and Supermax Corp. are key names in the field. For Sri Trang Gloves, the IPO proceeds will help it to catch up with these competitors.

If the shares were awarded to them as part of remuneration package, they would be taxed on the shares received even if they are still holding onto the shares.   In other words they may be selling some shares to pay for their personal income tax bill
