x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Basically camigo will be guaranteed that $0.5mil. If share value falls below, yuuzoo issue more share to cover, ie market pay the shortfall, no cash differences for yuuzoo. If share value up, yuuzoo pocket the difference in cash, ie market pay for the gain. So camigo and yuuzoo very safe. Market foot the bill either case. So very shrewd of yuuzoo and camigo to treat market as their atm. What will be market reactions this? No idea.

If on the back of this announcement or any other announcement during the guarantee period, Yuuzoo share price goes about $0.215, then at the end of the guarantee period: 1. YuuZoo does not need to issue Cam any more shares. 2. If share price at the end of the guarantee period is higher than $0.215, Camingo pays Yuuzoo cash for all proceeds above that of $0.215. So in short for yuuzoo, downside is  limited to an extent (just need price to trade  at or above $0.215  once during the  12 month guarantee period.... chances of which im going to say are pretty darn good). And upside is unlimited, if the shares are sold for above $0.215, all proceeds  from sale above  a  price of $0.215 go to YuuZoo.
