x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Thank you, Adrianinsing, Some dissenters may mock me when I bought KC at $6.99.  and it is $6.81.  They said SCM at 11.7c is better.  it is our own money and we buy what we think is best I am confident: 1. Merger will be overwhelmingly approved  2. I will get 20 Bayberry shares for each 1 KC share 3. I will get 36c dividend in 2023 4. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Agree with you.  The terms and conditions of merger have been public explained for the last few months. those who disagree can sell their shares and but the other company he thinks has been unfairly compensated.  the stock market is free and fair.  buy or sell freely as one wishes. why some minority sHs not happy, kpkb but do nothing? This has already been priced into the current share price after the proposed merger announcement so even if the speculative KC shareholders do sell their free Bayberry shares there will be more than enough people waiting to buy. Such large scale mergers have no place for petty shareholders. You have to be able to see the long term prospects of the company otherwise don' t hold the shares, simple as that. This has already been priced into the current share price after the proposed merger announcement so even if the speculative KC shareholders do sell their free Bayberry shares there will be more than enough people waiting to buy.
