x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Congrats!!! Yes agree with you, P& L and cashflow definately impt considerations. My suggestion, for P/B, look at industry mean average which is currently 0.4X - 0.75X. Falcon stop flying once it reaches industry average. P/B 1.7X is not industry average among peers.  Anyway your money your call, all the best! AUS has more than 50m in cash, and negligible bank loan amount with dbs  of 27mil(still negotiating for extension), default risk? LOW! All the bondholders are also holding tight with their shares, because they had accumulated loss once they converted bonds into shares? If the default risk is low, why bother to sell now???  AUS is one of the quality O& G stock worths holding for long term.... IMO MY TAKE... WE SHALL SEE AT LEAST 8 CENTS BY 2nd QUARTER 2017... Come back and see..

Convert and straight away incur a 1.8 cts loss? It may be worse when everyone starts ti dump. Good luck.
