To prevent unhealthy competition to reduce repair and upgrading jobs margin further, TH this time highly likely will call for merge Keppel offshore and marine with Sembcorp marine as one. Sg don need 2 competing rig builders just need 1 big one to compete international. It keppel corp meat next year on the cheap side lol.   Maybe keppel corp do right issues to eat semb marine lol, that would be a joke to both kc and sembmarine long term investors they all lose hardcore.
