x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	At 38cts company is capitalised at 57.2 mil.  Based on current earnings and assuming that it can maintain it' s profit at current level the forward p/e would be around 4 ... this makes it the cheapest company among the O & G companies or the cheapest.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Aus is a potential company, it proved it' s ability to make profit even with oil price hovering at 40-50usd per barrel, can anticipate higher profit when oil px recovers to 70usd level. And also sitting at cash pile of 50mil aud, it doesn' t need to worry of short term debt anymore, while long term debts by notes can be settled by issuing more shares. Definitely there will be share dilution, but if this company is profit cow, i dun worry. Following your reasoning, the cash comonent is their only visible safety net and therefore can' t be ' freely used' cos once it ' dissappears' , investor' s confidence would surely be affected. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Alo joseph. Issue is not whether assets exceed liabilities ie equiv to networth of company but how is the bank debt going to be paid off? By selling all its assets? If the current market condition turns down again and interest rate continues to go up (FED expects to raise it 4 times next year omg), the company' s earnings is going to have to catch up even more otherwise it will kaput !!! So no way it is going to survive unless the debts is paid off.
