Now they got a "stop-gap" help from a Malaysia art gallery businessman who's not in the mining business to take up a stake, if it goes through, that is. So many failed attempts to raise money raises questions. What is going on? GuavaXF30      ( Date: 25-Jun-2014 10:48) Posted: Personal opinion here. Do your own homework. Recent high was around 0.101. This was achieved after hitting 52 weeks low of 0.82. Retracement level would be around here at 0.088/0.089. I think this is the new base. If it runs, it will be from here and the next high will be around 0.12, possibly even up  to 0.20.

On the 2nd reviesd copy, 2 more withdrawn. Now they release news all the balance 5 also withdrawn. INTRODUCTION LionGold Corp Ltd (the ?Company?) refers to the following announcements: (a) (b) the announcement dated 31 March 2014 in relation to the proposed subscription of up to 37,313,430 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and the proposed issue of convertible bonds (the ?Previous Announcement?) and the announcement dated 2 May 2014 in relation to the termination of the subscription agreement dated 31 March 2014 between Mr. Teo Kek Yeng, Mr. Toh Soon Huat and the Company.
