The peoples behind the door are able to address the matters to both SGX, BR and VV, this will lead to have more issues from all parties concerned. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Agree with you. I think it is a straightforward question to answer if they have nothing to hide. If I were to Guess, they will reply that legal rep is BIL, but that BIL is not deemed as associate pursuant to the rules, and as such, Changsha is deemed independent based on their interpretation of the letter of law. Then they will go and put up some story justifying that there is no conflict of interest in the arrangement (e.g. the sales are conducted at arms length etc), which is the bread and butter reason most companies give. anyway, I don&rsquo t know why the bulls keep harping on the $150M war chest or sth. If Bonitas allegations are true, then it follows that the cash balance is inflated too, so probably have to give a haircut to the balance.  To me, the best way to restore confidence is for management to buy back shares using their own money. According to bonitas, d& d took home around $100M in salary and dividends over the past 8 years. If they can spend $80M to increase their stake in the business, and put money where their mouth is, that will be great for investor confidence.
