x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Anyone know about what is contributed surplus?    Besides giving  shareholder special dividend of 14.3c, C& G also transfer HK$188,517,477 to the contributed surplus account.  The total amount of contributed surplus account will be HKD  890668000 (HKD702151000+ HKD188517000).  If C& G selects to delist after a year, will this money distribute back to shareholder?  Anyone know, please share.  Thanks!

They completed the sales of C& G(Thailand) which is one of the condition for their the sale of C& G (International).
