i think the share distributions qiu about 39.22 % cost unknown but probably very low per share as they are preipo cost. gsh about 8.43% cost zero and has cash in proft of $1m to $2m. gyp about 20.02 % cost around $0.22 considering that part of price was paid via share swap of gyp. free float left around 32.5% my thought. if gyp has bought in open market, free float will go to down to 12-13%. share availabilty may become a problem. plus gyp probably has to pay much more as available of shares become lesser. my view is it has three segment of business. 1. mushroom. 2. process food 3. forest management and logging. the uncertainty is 3 where the license to get the log is periodic renewal. plus shareholders has not seen the positive contributions for this. perhaps in future quarterly report may show some numbers for excitement. 2. can be a wild card. if they manage the brand name well it can be worth a lot of money. market. gyp has show their comitment by buying more at 0.247 someone are shouting for shorts. good for gyp as they can then collect more at lower price. if gyp does collect all the way to 29% plus free float will drop to 23% plus only. so if i am doing it, will probably do slowly to avoid price huge jump. must have stamina to wait for price drop then slowly price up. vested interest caveat emptor |
