No. 5/2019 held on 13 August 2019 acknowledged the progress of the negotiation on the principal repayment of the loan amounting to USD 20 million from Sino Grandness Food Industry Group Ltd. (the ?Borrower? or ?SGFI?). The Company hereby would like to update that as Soleado Holdings Pte. Ltd. (the ?Lender? or ?Soleado?), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had not received the principal repayment together with the accrued and unpaid interests payment from SGFI, Soleado issued a letter to SGFI in respect of the amounts due and payable to Soleado pursuant to the terms set out that Soleado will forbear from taking any action to claim or enforce the obligations of SGFI and its subsidiaries to repay the amounts due and payable to Soleado, including all accrued and unpaid interests, for a period up to and including 31 December 2019 (?Standstill?). However, the Standstill is subject to certain conditions including the payment of interest of at least SGD 2 million, a partial progressive principal repayment, and no material adverse event occurring to the Borrower and its subsidiary during the Standstill period.

In answering, Tar Ger clapped and thanked this person who asked the question. Wait till GF gets listed in Nasdaq ! It' s history in the making. Those who attended the AGM def gets a clearer picture.
