x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	sgx questioned the price to pay $40m to buy 60% stake in tantalum. so the madagascar deal is already in their hands but they need to raise $$$ via issue of new shares at 0.10 (sgx announcement). sgx questioned how reliable is the 2nd report which appeared that many parts are duplicates of the first report. It is certainly intuitive of them to act in this way since their value is only getting diluted over time. On VCAM, who is on the second tranche of seven tranches, continues to convert more shares to fund ISR Capital' s operations. Present situation remains gloomy and uncertain, but the investors that invested in the company at 8.5 cents are still staying on. More mysteries will be unfolded and this will allow us to have better perpectives about Chen Tong.
