There will always be short term volatility especially you can see the shadows of the syndicates who pull up the stock as well as pressing down the prices.... The syndicate wants to get rid of the weak holders. Eventually everything depends on fundamental. A few things to note: - since 2019, the mall portfolio has revalued down by S$275M, almost the whole market cap today. Within the next 1-2 years, the mall value might be revalued again??? - A few malls valuation has almost been cut by half e.g. Lippo Mall Kuta (which is in Bali where occupancy has dropped by half for obvious reasons) - 7 out of 22 retail malls occupancy are still dropping while the rest have gone up. One of them - Gajah Mada Plaza is undergoing AEI. - the malls to be closely monitored - Plaza Semanggi, Bandung Indah Plaza, Lippo Mall Kemang, Istana Plaza Medium to Long term prospect: - will take some time for the occupancy to recover but Indonesia economy is doing well. This will be reflected in results eventually. Although Lippo Mall is having high debt but there' s little probability that the Lippo mall will go under: - their 122m cash will last them for the next 2 years assuming term loan not renewed - they can choose to divest a few non performing malls - they can raise cash through rights issues (not preferred) |

Very strange, keep going down daily. Normally give dividend, stock should be still doing good. Just keep for Nov dividend again. |

Parkson, Nippecraft or even Mencast skyroacketed with higher shareprice than Lippo also never consolidate. Lippo Mall at all time low and its still giving dividends at almost 8% at this price and people still come and say got share consolidation hahaha.
