Fundamentally can any FA out there verify if this coy is  in trouble, no right. I think they are deliberately bringing down the price to accumulate. Same thing happened with Mermaid during their rights exercise. Price dropped drastically during the rights exercise  [mother share same price as rights if I'm not wrong]  then remained stagnant until the coy sold the excess rights to the big wigs and it rose from 28 cents to 55 cents at one stage.   This situation is  NOT entirely the same since they lelong warrants as well so I think the mother share could further dilute. At least management  is headed  by  locals so should not be as unconscionable as Eratat's boss. WE is expanding its biz and buying up a no. of companies. A no. of deals have fallen through b'cos conditions were not favorable to them which I think is an astute move in the long run.  Obviously there is a strong demand and a shortage of supply when it comes to cement . I think this coy is trying to find a way around the  Myanmar red tape.  My  hunch is WE will eventually rebound back to  earlier range  when  BB's are done accumulating shares at basement bargain prices. Not an inducement to buy or sell. DYODD.
