x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If LuyeEllium so good, why sell to Asiamedic. Luye used to own 70% of LuyeEllium, and Luye only owns 28% of Asiamedic. So post transaction, Luye ONLY OWNS 20% of LuyeEllium (deemed interest). Good for Asiamedic meh?
