I was watching the stock in the afternoon, a lot of sell down to buyers in small parcels, so there are also numerous sellers as well as buyers coming in. As Singtel past see saw up and down spooked some investors especially with the Fed going to raise interest rates. But for long term holders, it' s not an issue to see the price see saw up and down given Singtel is a tech stock with great potential in digital banking as well as Telcom, and also pays decent dividends. Probably shortists have heart attacks watching the price inch up after falling down at beginning today. | ||||

Quite unexpected as the Fed is raising interest rates - yet it happened in the most negative situation when all the other stocks are diving. Hope it continues the strong streak. If it breaks 2.60, $3 is within reach. |

Shortists are the ones responsible for the movements so far. Otherwise, Singtel would have reached $3 long time ago. But eventually it will do so, and simple reason is because of the potential everybody talks about, recovery picture, etc, etc. Shortists eventually also will be burnt black because what goes around comes around.
