See below: 9 Jan - 18.2 mil 10 Jan - 6.9 mil 11 Jan - 8.5 mil 12 Jan - 19.9 mil 15 Jan - 33.0 mil 16 Jan - 23.9 mil shares traded. Share price has moved from 4.2 cts to 4.9 cts. Am vested n am waiting for next quarter report in Feb.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Hi Eruditionboy, your question - How did you know the drop is due to a unitholder? The truth is i dont know. Its based on an exchange agreement on 29 sept between unitholder and Ausgroup. Subsequent to the exchange, the shares were listed on 2nd oct. The plunge in shares took place 4 days later on 6th oct and went all the way to 20 oct ' 17, taking the shares down from 4.7 cts to 2.8 cts. Prior to that Ausgroup had been trading above 4 cts. Above is my guesswork. As regards to debt and payment, pls refer to my earlier postings on this tread. Personally i am not too concerned with it, as in relative terms Ausgroup is in a much better position than other companies mentioned in my earlier postings.

Its 1st quarter ending Sept ' 17 show a profit of A$3.1 mil. If the profit can be maintained this is going to be an exceptionally good year. Whether it can be maintained or not remain to be seen. Hence it is difficult to put a price target on Ausgroup. The current trailing p/e is only 5.5 times. If the level of profit is maintained at 1st quarter level the trailing p/e would be lower. It could be a multi bagger and it may not. But the chances of it being a multi bagger is high if it can maintain its profit level. Below is it' s trading price range over the years: 2014 - traded between 17 to 51 cts 2015 - traded between 15 to 31 cts 2016 - traded between 4.6 to 15 cts 2017 - traded between 2.8 to 5.9 cts closing price on 6 Jan ' 18 - 3.9 cts. Noted - 2014 marks the onset of the oil price crisis when the oil price fell from above a US$100 to below US$30. Of late oil price seem to be staying above the US$60 figure. My take: Intend to hold the stock for long term so long as the profit level is maintained or improving. If profit tanked, will do a review and make a decision. Am looking at above 10 cts if there are signs of further impronements. Above are just my views and i could be wrong. Andthis write up is a respond to " happyharvest" who asked for my price target. Pls do your own due diligence and pls understand that i could be wrong.
