x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Likely to come with pre-payment to raise funds for capex. Imo, having Alliance and Tawana raise funds individually to fund for capex can be quite cumbersome. Better to do it with offtake partners so they dont have to raise funds. Depends on how they view it.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If reading the Canaccord report properly, their base line estimate is about US$750. The 2017 lithium benchmark is US$850 and a top line amount they hint at US$950. So perhaps: Great off-take price:US$950 or above Good off-take price: US$850 Average off-take price: US$750 Bad off-take price: US650 or below. if they agreement has a pre-payment then perhaps need to discount the above to compensate for firm paying in advance. Any other takes?
