Agree. Problem is most exchanges including SGX believe short sell help to improve liquidity of the stocks.

In my view, to allow short-selling without owning shares in the first place is already morally wrong. To allow this and potentially mess up company's stocks is even more worse. Stock exchange must ban short-selling completely immediately because by allowing that it opens up opportunities for manipulation and unfair trading of shares. One must own the shares before one can sell. Common sense. | ||

this company is still burning money... maybe LT investors (like me) will enter the stock when earnings turn positive, although the stock could most definitely be more expensive then. but hey, at least it is profitable, compared to now. |

From the transaction numbers I suspect some people trying to stop price from going up. Perhaps, too many short sellers or day traders than long term investors. | ||
