I was looking at the valuation report...never mention anything about their 30% seletar mall...now that this mall is operational... It should contribute positively to UE profit in Fy2015... The next Unlock value move could be selling seletar mall to sph reit... | ||||

what about taking the 10c, and then ex-dividend, it remains at $2.94 cos people forgot to account for 10c? feels better?

If gap up 10 cents to take into consideration 10 cents div, will only be 2.94. Still long way for those bought at 3.20 plus.

I was under the impression that the results would be announced prior to market open on Friday because the buoyant results would push the prices significantly. It will certainly gap up and trade above $2.90 on Monday. :) Potential buyers would be WOW by their results and someone might be knocking at their door soon. |

Sorry I have no more money to help hold the price. All my money already inside UE. Only market forces can dictate the movement. Of course, we all hope for good price eventually. There are nay-sayer as well as ay-sayer all over. Just be utmost careful if you trade. If you keep long, like months or even more than a year, then good luck to all. |

if anything around here thinks they can move the market by creating hope and wish in this tiny forum, must be a bit deluded. The market is always right, the market has done its own due diligence. It says it is 2.83 right now, and no " may I remind you that it was 2.30-2.40" blah blah talk will change that. If anyone thinks it is worth 2.40, then go ahead and bet your house on it. And vice versa. This forum is just a gossip page and we know very well things have already happened by the time it gets to us. So why not keep it fun.

Most have been hurt chasing the news and buying > $3. The next thing is to create hope and wish that someone would pick up from them. Hence, it' s either push and dump or " talk up to dump" . This stock is only averaging 2.30-2.40 before the news. If there is another buyer, the price is currently too high to come in now. One would likely wait till the px has corrected sufficiently b4 moving in. Just a personal opinion. Pse dyodd.
