Even oil back to 100, it won't trigger another speculation of rig construction since banks who are suffering badly now will not support the project anymore. So it will be a tough 20-30 years for Keppel and sembmar who can only fight for survival or maintain. Before that, sembmar has to find a way to clear off the debt they have and keep profiting after orders on hand are dried off in next 2 years
