When sold down in such low volume, nobody follow through, then reversal will come. Fast and furious. Either i make good money or stay sideline watch. Likely this breakoff of investment vehicle of YZJ FH also structired by them. I think control to return to the original owner (major shareholder) has always been the deal. Like the current CEO is Singaporean, with vast experience in our market, build up the structure ie. the team, and then move on. It is funny that there is a suggestion of privatization at low ball prices, you think buying sashimi before closing time of supermarket? It is listed less than 2 years I think.Well the insider trade did not go further than 2022. #1 bad news is losses or super contracted profit. #2 do not distribute profit as promised Yield, P/NAV, PE, Cash In Hand all meaningless. Is how much you paid for it? what is the real yield to you at your cost? How much capital gain/loss to you? Add or Cut? What are your alternatives?
