Mkt cap currently is 35m based on 5.4c. Phua owns about 45.6% and to take it private, he just need 15m to 20m or less if his buddies are involved.  Only he know the true potential and value of the company. What is his next step? Imo, the company after getting rid of the loss making property biz will have a clean sheet.  It should turn profitable v soon and definitely worth a lot more than current valuation. Catalysts will be loss reversal, another Phua takeover offer and listing of Infrastructure biz. Vested. Dyodd.

They can be playing around with their near 💯 million Cash with something else and earn even more money Hahaha. Maybe share Buybacks ? Cheap valuation, construction sector also up and coming.
