 Alert Admin 		I have two portfolios  ,1) my main core existing shares are for long term investment,  2) also buy some shares for short term (contra).

Well ..Food for thoughts.. what's the cost for CEO to convert. 0.006. current price is 0.009/0.01. that's 50% profit easily. Conversion can up his stake and at least give it some fighting chance. At most even fail, he can easily take back his capital by selling and no need to declare since already resigned.

 Alert Admin 		MW still needs to get at least 51% vote from the existing shareholders to gain approval of their proposed Directors for the coming EGM as scheduled on 6 Dec 2021.

Failing which,  if MW still wants to seek control of the company,  MW may to buy more shares in open market to an extent of mandatory offer.

 Alert Admin 		Sorry bro.. unlikely.. there's currently nothing inside qt to worth buying up 30% to call for GO. Objective already met ..10% is good enough to call requisition and get voters to vote for Christen kwok.
It's no longer a punting stock in my opinion. Risk reward doesn't justify taking position for me. Why?
A) if current board wins, Christian kwok may not want to hold his 10%. Cos after rto, another 4bln shares will be issued . So total 6bln plus shares. His 220mln shares is only 3.6%. Will he dump.. I don't know.. what if they dump.. that's a massive 220mln shares
B) if Christian kwok wins, current mgmt like wise also have no incentive to continue holding to shares. Also changed it gets dump.

So I rather stay out when 2 elephants fight

It's for existing share holders to vote wisely. Ask right questions, protect their investments

The existing CEO already knew that he will have to step down after  the completion of assets disposal & successful integration of such assets with G Vascular as announced on 27 Aug 2020 then why at this point in time, he still purchased some 28.9 million of shares at some $173k?  Will it be the case that the CEO might foresee that that QT share price will goes up in future, some 1st hand information that he is able to assess to it? Otherwise why would he want to acquire such amount of shares knowingly that he will have no control to the company when he steps down with effect from 30 Nov 2021?   
 
2. Shouldn' t this CEO be more concerned than the retailers knowingly that WM plans to take control the company and did what they have done to incredible ? Surely this CEO knew all about this, if people like us can assess to all this kind of news about incredible then why the CEO still want to invest some $173k into QT at this stage although $173k is a small sum to some stakeholders?

there are many other counters out there... it' s just an investment and not necessary for you to be involved in feud among directors.

why need to buy when price dip to 5/6? Look for other counters

 Alert Admin 		To all hard-core " cutie" shareholders 

Some thoughts for sharing on the EGM voting on 6 Dec 2021 🤔  

MW needs some 51% of vote from shareholders to approve their proposed Directors to take control of the company. 

We must be one step ahead of MW & to make a fortune out of them,  one way is to vote against them to ensure that they do not have the minimum required percentage of vote to gain approval for their proposed Directors. 

If MW is still interest to take control of the company, MW may consider to buy more shares in the open market to an extent for a mandatory offer. This will help to push up the share price & will be very beneficial to all the existing shareholders. 

Let' s monitor the trading of the  share price, if the share price goes up, the existing shareholders may want to take profits. 

If the share price goes down near 0.006/0.005 we will up our stake to acquire sufficient shares to vote against MW to ensure MW do not have the required % of vote to approve their proposed Directors  so that if MW  still keen to take control over the company,  MW may buy up the share again in the open market from us to an extent for mandatory offer.

 Alert Admin 		That's my humble thoughts. I am sideline on this stock. Just airing my views and not incite people to buy buy buy .. but also for current shareholders to think wisely and ask right questions with regards to their plans moving forward and using incredible holdings as an example.

 Alert Admin 		Same as what I thought.. the monies they are interested in are not increase SP but some other stuff which is linked to their ability to control.. they would have calculated they will be able to recoup much more than what they incur....

Their objective is to control a company at lowest possible price and they succeeded with 10% and calling a egm. Once they control， it will be the next incredible holdings.
Their returns from calling rights and buying inflated assets will be more than the sgd2mln they used. What can you do when the CEO and board members are their kakis .. they already said their own people will be inside. Think my friend..

Ah but then.. that's what I said. It's nothing new about his resignation. It's pre planned upon completion of rto. So just go and vote with your millions of shares. I will eat popcorn and watch the side show. But I won't induce people to buy here. Cos if rto fails, new mgmt comes in, millions and millions of shares will be thrown by previous mgmt who no longer needs to report.
Likewise, if current mgmt wins, likewise, no reason for Christian Kwok to hang on their 10%. They didn't come in for this rto deal.. I would love a healthy debate
