If the 1st half, DMF average prices of $9.8k (per AR) and now prices hovering around $14+K and let say we average it out to $13k an increase of at least 25% profit after deducting increase in raw material, etc How good the latest report will be ?? the 1st half 2021 report of 0.08 RMB PAT and say we double up for the year 0.08x2=0.16 and /4.9 = S$ 0.032 The PE will work out to 2.5 (0.08/0.032) not including any increase of profit Lets be patience, as my guess is that the present market condition is not so good and in time to come the market will be like a weighing scale |

I believe dmf prices have peaked in this quarter Q3 at 15-16k. and there after Q4 onwards, DMF prices will get weaker and weaker. Oil price should stay higher in Q4 (according to Goldman TP), hence the margin for Jiutian will be weaker than the 1st 2 quarters. But only consolation is there may be a final catalyst to get out: which is the factory news and potential 2nd dividends (which may propel share price to 0.088-0.090) Hence this quarter is really the last chance to sell to make a small profit or breakeven for holders of JT. Just my own view. Yours may differ. |

Oil price also 80 bucks soon. Don't forsee a spectacular Q3 to be honest. Previous 2 quarters it was fantastic but it peaked at 0.095. This quarter maybe 0.088-0.090 max, that will be the time to sell and get out asap. | ||||

DMF prices trending down already, not hopeful, better to sell on next bounce if you all can. Once factory news and any dividends released, just sell before the bbs do. | ||||
