Ong Siew Hua an ex executive director of the company has disposed off 28.348 million shares in the open market the last few days before the ex rights issue date on Monday. Sales likely related to the rights issue to avoid subscribing for the shares in my opinion. Selling pressure likely to ease on Monday as the shares trade ex-rights. Capitulation in progress with the sellings but not forgetting a much stronger shareholder Q& M awaits to mop up all unsubscribed shares with their undertaking. Months from now the picture will become clearer :) Buy or Sell ? To each his own. |
