We are pleased to announce todate, that the Group&rsquo s co-developing development, Parc Botannia, 100% of the units have been issued option to purchase. The construction is in progress and is expected to be completed by 2020. The above statement is found in Wee Hur' s recent Annual Report annoucement on 28 Feb 2020.

Everytime I see a director or insider buys a share, I know I have to wait like at least 2 more weeks before any privatisation offer. During that 2 weeks of wait, I always hope the share price drops lower, then I can pick up cheaper than the insider.

yup, independent director, Tan Tong Guan declared that he added 500,000 shares at $0.37 in a married deal done on Monday. I think at the point of married deal, hardly anyone on queue at $0.37 could get any shares then. it was only on tuesday that 0.365 and 0.37 was available but was subsequently mopped up.

the last time 500k shares married deal was ID Tan Tong Guan buying at 40.3c. maybe he averaged down another 500k shares? The Lee family also did a huge married deal at $0.37 last october.
