NAV 94 Singapore cents Gearing 29.3% Weighted average cost of borrowing 2.8% p.a. Acquired 10 properties since IPO. Total 61 properties. Portfolio value A$1.91 Billion Occupancy 99.4% WALE 6.75 years Remarks : Vested.  Accumulating more  on weakness.  Please DYODD -  as price movement can be volatile and all stocks influenced by market sentiments.
