A smaller heavy maintenance workload as it expands capacity should also affect profitability. With EPS set to fall by 12% in FY3/15E, we expect a lower DPS of 21 SGD cts (FY3/14: 25 SGD cts).   Valuation: Our TP of SGD4.20 is based on 20x FY3/15E P/E, 1 SD above its 10 year average. This is , again, justified by its positive long term outlook.   Potential de-rating catalysts:   1) weak flight traffic at Changi Airport 2) fewer shop visits at its Rolls Royce engine JVs and 3) cuts in DPS

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SIA Engineering -More downside to come after bearish break By Philip Teo, OCBC More downside to come after bearish break Downtrend resistance still intact.  SIA Engineering could see further correction ahead after failing a test at its 1-year downtrend resistance recently this was followed by a bearish break of both its 2-month uptrend support and $4.90 horizontal support on heavy trading volume yesterday. Indicator turning bearish.  The MACD has just initiated a sharp bearish crossover as well, suggesting that the downside momentum is accelerating. Target price at $4.65.  The counter could possibly slide towards the next key base at $4.65 (key troughs) in the weeks ahead. Stop loss level at $4.91.  Meanwhile, we advocate a stop-loss exit for short sellers around $4.91, which is slightly above the newly established support-turned-resistance of $4.90. ...last:$4.83...
