They have lower cost yard in Vietnam, bite the bullet and closed down their troubled Braz yard and negotiated some employment arrangement with excess workers. They ventured into other marine segments to leverage on their skill sets and parent' s connections. The orders coming in for this year is recording breaking i think.. All these effort can only translate into good results going fwd. Should it be trading at 0.3x? Probably not for long.. Vested and good luck to all.
