You need to have a bit of common sense. Here are a few questions that you could ponder: 1. Why do OCBC table the takeover offer? Isnt it with the intention to delist? 2. If yes, do they have to pay a fair and reasonable price to exit in accordance with SGX Listing rules. 3. If they do not pay fair and reasonable price, what next? At most suspension lorh, after that will be relisted back in the exchange again. As a shareholder, we could wait it out and wait till great eastern is relisted back again. 4. i will be waiting for their revised offer instead.
