x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Keppel has a market cap 12.67 billion SGD today and KOM is to be sold to SCM for 4.5. 4.5/12.7 x100 = 35%. Meaning kc after demerger losing 35% of its value. So if before demerger KC share rise to 8. The day after demerger will like drop 35% from 8 to 5.2. Would you sell b4 demerger and buy after demerger? Or hold to get free enlarged scm shares but kc shares drop 35-40%. Wonder what's your thought.

This is stock market  However all is not over.  W this move SM/KOM , it is a totally new company w over 11+6 B approc orders. The largest rig builder and the best in the world. The knowhow and capabilities is second to none ( korean and CHina still take time to catch up on this )  The dilution is an issue BUT it helps SM ....or it debt will be an issue very soon . ( the truth was seen over the last 3 years .)  So shorter term it will move aro the 12/20 c range ( my guess ) . HOWEVER<   over the next 12 mths ...depend on how many more orders it can WIN , I think the new SM can be very different ( THE ONE BIG FACTOR ....WHO WILL HEAD SM ?
