There around 2b free float minus the top4 share holders. 6mth average price at 0.35 depend on how much premium ren willing to give. Typical china privatisation is around 30-60% premium for undervalued stocks.

Toe just a used and throw tool, power now fully returned to old ren with all the sg connection completed. With weak holders out by now, it time for old ren to artificially prop up yzjfh stock price through private buying and treasury stock cancel. after today most players would be out, volume drop and peace returned. The huge sell off early would range bound yzjfh at 0.315 to 0.32, hope today SBB big big. |

I heard a rumor of Toes departure a few weeks ago. Same contact heard a rumor of FHs privatization being on the cards. Those who have been in the market long enough would know that minorities suffer the most during a privatization despite absurd low ball valuations as they generally get approved and SGX does nothing. Perhaps we only get 30% premium at best to the last traded price or 6-month VWAP. Best defence is to average down aggressively. Good luck to us all. Can only dream of book value at this point? | ||

Toe was a director with YZJSB for many years. His background is fund management. Probably it was him who raised the idea of a separate listing of YZJSB excess fund together with the DI. Hence, he was asked to lead the new entity. This turned out to be a very successful way to unlock YZJSB value. And I believed it was thru him that YZJFH managed to attract EDB & few other high profile personnel to come on board. Maybe his venture so far didn' t produce quick or good enough results (actually need and should give more time). Whereas Maritime Fund venture ( likely to be senior Ren' s proposal) gives good returns fairly quickily. The cracks among them became too big to reconcile and he have no choice but to leave. Above purely my own speculation. Please just read for fun ok. |

Singapore require the leaders to be honest and loyal only like Officer in the SAF. They only need smart subordinates to garner the good results, whereas Chinese leaders need to be smart and perform well.

I think too much speculations over what happened. 15m shares were dumped in one shot. While it had a big impact due to low liquidity, the fact is we are talking about $4m-$5m. This is peanut money and probably some rich investor getting rid of his position. No big deal. Anyway, I queued for $0.30, .... maybe can get lucky :) |

Toe alrdy answered he got boot by ren lol. Now ren had to clean up the mess. This year yzjfh totally run by liu hwa lol, that why 1h result reversed and she get promoted to dp ceo. Hopefully liu hwa continue good work and recovered all interest owned and principal loan recovery. don think they adjust dividend yield as current stock price in distressed level given strong 1h result. Need to rebuilt investor confidence in company, most likely ren had to buy in open markey and reset SSB limit through cancel of last year sbb stock appro 290m. If they cancel last year sbb treasury stocks, NTA get a boost and current SSB limit reset. |

In short sg ceo can only succeed in gov back companies. Throw them in private comoanies, they gona mess up. Can study but cannot wotk lah, common among sg scholars. Greenhouse leaders....wither if ecposed outside. | ||

Let see if today SBB big or not, Toe removal.more or less exoected after 2h22 horrible result and CIO fate decided after the huge provision mafe for the real estate DI
Currently this year yzjfh mostly run by liu hwa with toe sideline then followed by yesterday officially removal.
So 1h result mostly due to hardwork bu liu hwa to clean up Toe and CIO mess loh.
Give anotber 2 year i believe liu hwa would be promoted to CEO after Ren fixed the reputation damage done through under performing stock price.

1h result good, it more of power grab as old Ren got something up his sleeve. Now all the impt roles concentrated in Ren YL hands, he is the CEO cum CIO, liu hwa promoted to deputy ceo. YZJFH now a full china controlled company, ang moh fund now mostly all exit. Volume gona drop to nothing next few days. | ||

Anyway current environment too bearish to load, stay vested and enjoy good dividend over 8% . Don need to selll keep as yield play only 10% of mine asset no pain. Focus should be focus on tsg t bill 6mth for flexibility and yield. Next batch on 6 mth might 4% again lol. For those looking for quick buck, see if Ren YL would privatise yzjfh since the power grab quite unusuall. 3q business update might pop since ren take control, yzjsh pteviously under him give update business update and existing management under young ren continu his father trend. | ||

those who want to sell some has sold. still see quite a bit to go. if ren want to support the price. he can suspend the shares until after market close said pending annoucement. then annoucement can be better info on management changes. in that way complacent shorts will be caught. dyodd |

Was busy over the weekend. Didn' t know so big happening. Market think negatively of CEO abrupt resignation. Disagreement with Ren? Even PRC Chief Investment Officer post also removed. Surely something happened.Will the few high profile personnel also leave? They most probably came on board thru Teo' s effort. Will the 40% payout policy remain? Ren is afterall notorious for being stingy with dividend. Many doubts now.
