x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Altho this share placement to new investors & rights issue to existing shareholders is good for the company, however, it is regrettable that the share placement is at 3.5ct only, to the detriment of existing shareholders who bought higher. The placement shd be at 4.7cts which is the mkt price on the day the shares were halted. And we get to buy only 1 rights at 3.5cts for every 2 shares we hold. this is not fair to us while benefitting the new investors who invest at 3.5ct, way below the mkt valuation. It is very disappointing and unfair to retail investors.

With Ezion' s substantial interest in Ausgroup, it not only makes sense for them to support this rights subscription agreement they are a likely party to the deal negotiation.  With their earlier subscription at $0.058, I think they would likely to subscribe this round at $0.035. Question is how did they arrive at $0.035 subscription price for new strategic investor and the 2 for 1 right issue for existing shareholders? Is this a " fair" deal for existing shareholders? DYODD.
