But realised that they can get in cheaper via SMM. I believe they told KOM (with their unreasonable demand for a poor performing entity) to F off! Afterall, KOM and SMM probably share the same sets of difficulties. And so, why should KOM be (more) highly valued but not SMM?  Ah Gong doesn' t want a frenzy so there will be no support... yet. After, undersubscription, they will eat 67% full full burp! Then give Mandarin Oranges. Which is good. You don' t have to accept the bad moldy ones which go for a minimum of 8 cts each. Wait for Swatow big big ones! or even the Yubari melons... x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If TH really offers a low ball 8c, it means they are not serious. Suppose it offers that. As they hold less than 50% rights now, I think SH has to vote. Even if the vote goes through, I think you still have the option to not sell to them, until they acquire 90%, in which case it will be compulsory take over, and you will have no choice but to sell them. But, if MO fails (say @ 8c), then what will happen to SCM price?
