Offered (allotted) Rights Shares are guaranteed. If there are insufficient Excess Rights Shares to satisfy all valid excess applications by shareholders, the basis of allocation will be determined by Sembcorp Marine. It will be under-subscribed only when, at the end of rights trading period, there are still huge amount not sold and got forfeited, and also many who bought the rights from the market ended up didn' t subscribe.
