x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Actually to be more correct, a catalyst refers to any significant event, development, material information or economic factor that has a material impact on a company' s value and thus its stock price. This impact could be positive or negative. Positive examples could include: Increasing net profits, removal of incompetent management personnel, bankruptcy/liquidation of market rival(s), new products with compelling value propositions and market penetration, etc. Negative examples could include: Political scandals, falling net profit, rise in fixed/variable costs, introduction of rival producing a better/cheaper similar product, loss of important key personnel, outbreak of war, etc. In AMAL' s case, positive catalysts would include: 1) Significant lithium resource leading to extended mine life or higher annual production 2) Offtake agreements securing higher-than-benchmark prices 3) Lower-than-expected production costs 4) Increase in global lithium prices 5) Increase in demand for products using lithium as a raw material (i.e. electric vehicles, li-ion batteries, etc.) 6) Buyout approach by larger producer, etc. 7) Increase in product quality (higher percentage concentration of Li2O in ore) 8) Increase in interest from large players like hedge funds looking to increase their exposure to lithium/commodities in general The list goes on. The 60 cents to 1 dollar share px we estimating is just lithium output for 7 to 13 years mine life.
