Everything go bck to fundamental. Is yzjfh running multi years of loss? Did yzjfh account got problem.? Did yzjfh never give dividend ? Ask those question and u know current market all driven by sentiment. YZJFH got track record of  being profitable for 5 years. It just given dividend at 40% as promised It financial report audited and approved by SGX rule. High risk high return that is nature of china based stock, cannot take heart attack don invest in china stock. Due to high intensity of heartache in value investing i only put 10% asset no higher or less. Yzjsh and yzjfh few china based company that still give good dividend, most totally stop giving dividend. And funny thing is those running losses no dividend still get higher valuation with respect to nta than yzjfh. Now best thing to do is don watch market go do somethiing else. if privatisation then good for those who got it cheaper than offer price.

By wed/thur short covering would happen as usual unless something happen in middleeast. Anyway see if yzjfh weekend got pop any q3 business update since liu hwa attending lim tan securities investors meeting.next week Best case senario is NPL got reduced further and more provision writeback in 2h, would cushion off weak china stock market impact. hope old ren not so evil and steal our dividend next year by privatisation after full year result.

Removing Toe in oct just too unusual, best don do anything wait for clarification. Now i really doon like SGX lol unless the backer is temasek else shortist would hunt down. Think next weel liu hwa would be bomblast by investors over sudden dismissal of toe in midst of middle east war uncertainty. it just don make sense, only acceptable guess is old ren gona privatise yzjfh, once it go private don need director/ceo etc, just need general manager and team to run the firm. The whole director board would be dismissed if going private., don need so many people if going private. Ren might use back yzj pre spiinoff team to help him run the firm if privatised.

Toe removal more or less strongly hint it plus u see lot of selling after it. Nobody wanna touch yzjfh.... all short trade. Having distress stock price damaged yzjfh reputation as wealth management firm in sg. Old Ren might privatise it to shield company from further reputation damage. If reputation further damaged by low stock price, old Ren dream of setting up more maritime fund in sg or gem fund would be impacted. Take it private would remove the threat plus don need to give dividend can use money to grow even more lol. Usually premium is 30-60% depending on how much stock value get depressed. It' s not a very difficult task if they are serious about privatisation. Having said, I really pray hard it will not happen. Not so soon. Let us collect few rounds of dividends la.

For those who buy average down, if below 0.45 maybe can still make a little This is messy i don wanna touch it lol, i stay vested and wait out the outcome. No load No panic Sleep well. I only put 10% asset into yzjfh rest all dump in bank Sg FD and TBill lol.
