x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	China GDP is indeed slowing down, it is no longer at fast pace like the past. GLP has been aggressive in the past few years in the development in China. However the management already said the development plan in next 1 year will not be as fast as before. We are talking about slow down of new development (acceleration), NOT selling the property to reduce the asset!!! This is the signal that China market is losing momentum (gentle slope of growth, less gradient as previously). You can check SGX what are the largest shareholders offloaded the share last Friday. This is not update to date info. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Was looking at this stock due to it' s interesting global   assets, especially US and China ones... but  weekly price trend  (from Aug 2013 to date)  seems in downtrend, while monthly price broke support zone (2.40-2.30) and  yield is quite low around 2.2%pa....  will watch price trend for a while....

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I wonder if some deep pocket short seller has decided SG capital market a ripe opportunity to short...Noble down as it got issues...but overall, SG market been hammered yesterday and today when rest of Asia performed ok beside China/HK...Last 2 days SG market down more 2.5%..Noble accounts part of that but not all...ratio of gainers to losers past 2 days been about 1:3...Results from SG firms such as GLP, SIA etc not been bad, and Q2 GDP of SG was better than expected but market dived broadly not just in respect to a given sector...just ponder if some big short sellers just targetting SG market and GLP one caught in crossfire..market action past 2 days been irrational if consider to Asia overall...someone at SGX needs to look at it...
