CMA open market purchase: 4/01/2016 1,331,900 at $1.233 5/01/2016 930,700 at $1.235 6/01/2016 1,627,200 at $1.235 7/01/2016 6,600,000 ( 1,782,500 at $1.235 & 4,817,500 at $1.23 )

Anyway CMA offer is conditional on antitrust approval and > 50% stake, so they die die wanna delist nol and later break up the assetand divest them for merger. 1.30 offer is in return for cma regional cargo centre to shift to Singapore. So enjoy the drama when cma offer start in 2q, hedge fund might join in fun as current market play is merger and acquisition .Now enjoy the massive bloodbath in sgx to bring down P/B valuation down to 0.8x |

Given that all stocks are falling....it is risky for us to hold...for long...what if cma changes its mind...now..as the slowdown has started... Shud not we sell at 1.24 rather than wait till june / july ? They still need so many clearances....or after seeing the stock market rout they may purpously not get clearance ? Any ideass...? ) | ||||

It a game of who chicken out at last moment, NOL CPF investors most likely would hold out for better offer from CMA. Tigerair CPF investors hold out and SIA to increase 10% on offer, guess if nol cma offer fail to get 90% , deal would not be increased or extended . In short wait for second offer from CMA |

Don know but CMA had made known it intention to delist for merger. Similar to what happen to SIA offer for tigerair . Only difference is CMA is outsider who strike a deal with temasek with 1.30 offer on condition it support Singapore port terminals. SIA as biggest shareholder doing a delist offer. CMA offer is more of buying over stake and price /offer condtion had been signed off, justing for antitrust approval then deal done, so no change in offer price. Wait for CMA delist offer after the first offer close. If there is another offer to delist NOL, high chance it would be 1.50 range similiar to prelimary offer that got rejected by temasek due to national interest. Minority investors don need to do NS , let temasek do it while wait out for delist offer from CMA. |

Think CMA would not raise offer price since in the first place this is a deal between temasek, they need to secure that 67% then maybe a second offer to buy up rest of investors with 1.30 as base price subject to adjustment |

I don' t think they will raise the offer. CMA didn' t even bother to buy up anything in past few days when price is around 1.23 Maybe they are still clearing their annual leaves.

I agree, with many minority shareholders as CPF investors, these shareholders are more inclined to keep holding on. |

Depend on the take up rate of offer, if tigerair pull it through with revised offer high chance CMA would follow this strategy if cannot get 90% |
